Visit our verification page and enter your board's serial number (found on the board itself, format: NLTH-XXXX). You'll see the flash date, firmware version, tester name, and warranty expiry date.
Warranty periods vary by batch and are typically 90-365 days from the flash date. Check your specific board's warranty status using the serial verification tool. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures but excludes physical damage or unauthorized modifications.
We operate on a batch system. Each batch has a closing date and estimated ship date. When you place a pre-order, you reserve boards from that batch. Payment is collected before the closing date, and boards are shipped according to the schedule. You'll receive updates via email and Line.
Yes! Before the batch closing date, you can cancel for a full refund. After closing but before shipping, a 10% restocking fee applies. Contact us at support@nearlab.th to request cancellation.
Our boards come with the latest stable firmware version at the time of flashing. The specific version is listed on your board's verification page. You can update or change the firmware yourself - this won't void the warranty unless it causes damage.
We primarily ship within Thailand. International shipping may be available for bulk orders. Contact us at support@nearlab.th to discuss international shipping options.
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. For shipping damage, please also file a claim with the carrier. We package all boards carefully, but accidents can happen during transit.
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if the board is unused and in original condition. You'll need to cover return shipping costs. See our Terms of Service for full return policy details.

We accept bank transfer, PromptPay, and credit/debit cards. Payment details are provided after you submit a pre-order. For Shopee purchases, all Shopee payment methods are available.

For bulk orders (20+ boards), we can discuss custom firmware options. Contact us with your specifications and we'll provide a quote. Custom firmware may affect warranty terms.
